Straight out of Penang, Nelaton is a trained VFX artist that traded a monitor screen for an apron. He orchestrates how we deliver hospitality, and manages a high-energy team of positive individuals that reminds us why we’re a neighbourhood restaurant.
MARCUS LOW - CHEF & OWNER
Pulling the strings together for you.
Marcus grew up in a family of cooks and started his restaurant stint as a dishwasher while in university back in 2008 and hasn't looked back since. His experience in both the dining room and kitchen is what keeps the team's engines running daily in our restaurant.
He maps out the why and how of what we do as a people-first business, and celebrates the act of eating like how all Malaysians do.
ASYA TAN - KITCHEN
Who's cooking your food? A true-blooded Klang native, Asya came through the ranks in our kitchen as a commis and now leads & manages our team of cooks. A strong competitor and willing to take risks, her kitchen presence fits the pace of our kitchen just right.
She’s responsible for spearheading our weekend specials, and most importantly ensuring that honest & real cooking is what drives the creation of our dishes.
